We currently use the Bankful payment processor which is connected with Square. No credit card details are stored on this website or server, payments are dealt with seamlessly and securely by Bankful.
We also offer direct Bank payment using your payment app via Boodil Open Banking Network app. This uses your own Banks Security Network (via Faster Payment) and is very safe and secure. If you are on Desktop just switch to the Online tab and it will take you to your Bank to login (you need your logins) and no info is store on on the site it is purely through your Banks secure network. Currently available for UK only.
Occasionally we offer Pay By link and we will manually create a payment link for you if you are having issues paying. Pay By Link orders will be held for 48hrs after a link has been sent out, and if they haven’t been paid for by then the products will be released back into stock for others to purchase and the order will be cancelled. If you created an account just login and any links or info will show on your order. If you didn’t create an account on purche then you can use the Track Order and any links would show up.
If Pay By Link is not a choice at checkout we are currently not offering that option.
We’ll begin processing your order ready for dispatch as soon as possible after payment is received. You will be notified on receipt of order and when it is shipped.
***In order for an order to be deemed lost or delayed by Royal Mail we need to wait 8 working days for 2nd Class & 5 working days for 1st from despatch of the order (not including the day of despatch) before we can reissue a replacement.
Should the original item turn up afterwards, even if delayed, we reserve the right to charge you for the replacement order also or request that you return it.
In accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations you may return the product for a full refund within 7 days of payment. To do so the package must be returned unused and the bottle seals unbroken. Postage is not refunded. After 7 days the sale is binding and we cannot refund unless the product is actually damaged and has not been used. Your Statutory rights remain unaffected.
A refund request will be processed through the payment processor via the card you made the purchase with , this may take several banking days to complete & is out of our control once the refund has been initiated.
A refund after the sale but before the item has been received may still be subject to postage & an admin charge if the order has been processed & collected by Royal Mail,as we have to request the item back from Royal Mail this incurs a cost to us , in this case we will refund the difference between the order value & the postage/admin charge.
