Directions for Use

• Initial use: Take 1 capsule daily with breakfast for the first 7 days

• Thereafter: Increase to 2 capsules daily

  • 1 with breakfast

  • 1 with lunch

Pre-Workout (optional):
Take 1–2 capsules approximately 30 minutes before training.

⚠️ Do not take within 6 hours of bedtime.
